​Coaching Approach

In my coaching sessions, I utilize a range of practical, multi-faceted tools designed to help you gain clarity, direction, and self-awareness.

One of the tools I use is numerology, which allows me to take a more calculated look at certain aspects of who you are. Numerology is not presented as something you must “believe in,” but rather as a tool—much like any other resource you use in everyday life—to help uncover patterns, insights, and areas of focus.

In addition, I incorporate proven coaching frameworks such as the GROW Model and the Wheel of Life. These assessments are designed to support your growth in self-love, self-knowledge, and overall self-discovery, while helping you identify where you are and where you want to go.

My goal is to provide you with structured guidance, practical insight, and a clear path forward.
