Monday Prayer & Mediation Group

Monday Prayer Gathering is a brief but powerful session where each participant shares what they need prayer for—personal, emotional, spiritual, or otherwise. After that, we join together in a universal prayer.

This isn’t about naming a specific deity; it’s about tapping into the power of God through collective focus. When minds and spirits align, we generate energy, encouragement, support, and inspiration that every soul in the room can feel.

The prayer itself lasts about five to ten minutes. Afterward, participants share any final reflections, and Kevin B. closes us out with grounding words to carry into the week.
